Introduction
The board of the Netherlands Association for Medical Education (NVMO – Nederlandse Vereniging voor Medisch Onderwijs) and the editorial board of the Netherlands Journal of Medical Education (TMO - Tijdschrift voor Medisch Onderwijs) have taken the initiative to transform the journal from a Dutch-language journal to an international English-language journal. As of January 2012 the journal is published in English under the new name Perspectives on Medical Education (PME).
The journal Perspectives on Medical Education (PME) is published in 6 issues per year. Subscription is linked to NVMO-membership, but indvidual and institutional subscriptions are also offered.
